The Petroleum Negotiations & Arbitration Workshop

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Society in conjunction with The Oil and Gas Bar, University of Lagos is organizing the first ever Petroleum Negotiation and Arbitration Workshop.

The workshop will see attendees learn the rudiments of negotiating petroleum contracts and exactly how the industry’s most favoured dispute resolution mechanism, Arbitration plays its part in resolving disputes in the Petroleum Industry today.

The event will feature speakers such as Arbitration expert, Tolu Obamuroh of the Lagos Court of Arbitration & Oil and Gas heavyweight, Stella Duru, Partner, Banwo and Ighodalo.

The event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 3rd of August 2016 at the Faculty Lecture Theatre. The programme will commence at exactly 12:30pm prompt.
